I found the personnel very nice. My room had soluble coffee. The bed was comfortable. I liked that provided towels and toiletries were of good quality. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere inside the hotel, I slept well. I found the staff helpful with directions.
The breakfast cost was extra. I did not know this before. A sign would help.

The hotel's location directly across from Station Port Royal offered great convenience. I liked the kettle and soluble coffee provided in the room. The hotel was very quiet, so I could rest after sightseeing.

i found the staff to be very friendly and polite the location was convenient being close to the rer station. the breakfast had a nice variety i appreciated that. it was easy to walk to many attractions.
the room i had was quite small the shower was also small making it difficult to move around. the street noise was noticeable even with the windows closed. constant sirens interrupted the peace.

i appreciated the early check-in they granted me without me even requesting it. the staff was really nice and accommodating (i felt very welcomed). the breakfast offered a lot of variety, a detail i found to be better than most hotels i have visited. i found the location perfect, it's very close to the metro station, easy to explore.
the sound proof was not great as i could hear noises from the adjacent room.
